Now you can send multiple photos, videos at once using Google Chat | Technology News

New Delhi: Google has launched the ability to send multiple photos and videos simultaneously via chat.

You can now select more than one photo or video at the same time when sending a message in Google Chat.

This feature is now available across iOS devices and rolling out to Android devices.

“You can attach files up to 200MB from your computer, mobile device, or Google Drive directly to Google Chats,” the tech company said in its update.

Google’s chat media picker allows users to take up to 20 photos and videos to send in one go.

The Tech giant has already announced that it has now begun the process of migrating free, personal Hangouts users to chat.

The company mentioned that users who want to keep a copy of their Hangouts data use Google Takeout to download their data before Hangouts becomes unavailable in November of this year.

Google said the move to Google Chat will allow users to edit documents, presentations or spreadsheets by editing side by side, making it easier to collaborate while the conversation is going on. It also includes Spaces, a place dedicated to topic-based collaboration
